I know I’m some what of a design nerd…but please enjoy these posters for me. I needed new inspiration tonight and I got a little help from these, or more like a distraction of amazement. I could, and would have looked through these posters all night if I didn’t have work tomorrow. They’re informative, yet abstract and interesting, they have a good use of color and texture, and the typography is beautiful.
Most of these posters are taken from THIS site I stumbled upon (and just happens to be in Austin). There are also a few old favorites that have been waiting patiently in my inspiration folder to be unveiled! My long time favorite is the red Wilco one…I think its genius. Screenprinted, typeset, letterpressed, digitally printed, they’re all beautifully made.
